For U&Y’s second music video we still wanted the classic hiphop feeling – in other words the girls, the cars, and the glitter. But lets be honest: these guys are from Århus, not LA. So instead of using hummers and Maybachs, we opted for good old German Opel. And instead of a Villa in the hills, we decided to film in a local circus museum (yes, these things really do exsist). Lotte Kronborg and Lea Degn worked like crazy – among other things organizing a fundraising campaign, where sponsors could pay for the individual animals. Shot on 35 mm – and nominated me for a Danish Music Award (Best Music Video)
